"How long 'til my order hits the trail?"
Well, partner, most orders are saddled up and outta the barn within a day or two of yer order rollin' in. But if we’re low on stock, it could take up to 10 business days 'fore we can hitch 'em to the wagon and send 'em your way. This goes for wholesale orders too! And don’t worry, we ain’t strappin’ anything to the stagecoach until we’ve got yer payment in hand.
"Can I return or trade my loot?"
Sorry, partner, but once the goods are in your saddlebag, we can’t be takin’ ‘em back or tradin’ ‘em in—unless you can show proof they got damaged on the journey. If yer order got roughed up along the trail, reach out to us at support@wantedsnacks.com, and we’ll help you file a claim quicker than a tumbleweed rolls through town.
"Where do y’all ship?"
For now, partner, our wagon wheels only roll within the borders of the United States and Canada. But don’t you worry—just like a frontier expanding, we’re hopin’ to blaze new trails and open up to more territories as time goes on. So keep yer eyes peeled for when we saddle up and head further afield!
"What if my goods got busted on the trail?"
Well, partner, sometimes the trail gets rough… If yer order shows up damaged, we’ll look to swap it out, but only if it’s within 30 days of when you made the trade. After 30 days, we can’t take it back or offer any credit, no matter how hard the trail's been. Just shoot us an email at support@wantedsnacks.com for further instructions. Keep in mind, though, we reserve the right to say no if the situation doesn’t seem fair.
"How do I become a trader in these parts?"
